First Bytes, Online Stock Market Trading

Here, I am trying to take a slightly less passionate look at online stock market trading. My goal is to provide a set of practical guides that allow anyone to come to logical conclusion about whether you should go out on your own.

I thought I would offer you my kindest regards for taking the time to read this.

A reader of my book named Katherine sent me the following email over the weekend. She asks a question I'm sure many other traders have in mind? I found the FXTrade platform very user friendly for your examples in the book. Nevertheless I purchased this book to learn how to trade stocks. I've looked at several stockbroker platforms, but none of them seem as easy to get a handle on. You say your techniques work just as well for stocks as they do for forex, so why not explain the ins and outs of a .. full post.

· What is currency trading Also referred to as foreign exchange, FX or Forex, currency trading is the trading of one currency against another. In terms of trading volume, the currency exchange market is the world's largest market, with daily trading volumes in excess of $1.5 trillion US dollars. This is orders of magnitude larger than the bond or stock markets. The New York Stock Exchange, for example, has a daily trading volume of approximately $50 billion.
