Forbes and Manhattan now represents over 40% control of Beartooth, after buying out its largest shareholder and investing, according to Andrews.

Stock Investing Software TSX.V: BTP last trade on Monday at 2:23pm ET was CA$.37, up CA$.05 or 15.6%, on heavy volume of 560,050 shares. The 90-day average daily volume was reported to be 138,498 shares and its 52-week hi/lo was CA$.045 to CA$.345. BTP had broken past its 52-week high on news of its financing being completed.
